About Quorix
About Quorix and our SEO methodology
An SEO studio and resource hub focused on organic search visibility for businesses in the United States. We started Quorix to close the gap between complex search engine information and the practical guidance businesses actually need — clear, documented, and actionable advice.
Who We Are
A small studio, not a large agency
We focus on SEO audits, strategy, and education. We do not operate as a large agency with account managers and junior staff. When you hire Quorix for an audit, the person analyzing your site is the person writing the report. This structure lets us maintain quality control over every project.
We work with a limited number of clients at a time so each audit receives the attention it requires. That cap is intentional — it keeps the work thorough and keeps the person who knows your site best in the room when you have questions. You will not be handed off to a junior account rep after the kickoff call.
If that direct working relationship matters to you, we are likely a good fit.
Our SEO Methodology
Rooted in technical accuracy, not automated checklists
Our methodology starts with a full crawl of your website to establish a baseline of its current state. We do not rely on automated one-click audit tools that generate generic checklists. Those tools can flag obvious issues, but they cannot tell you whether a flagged issue actually matters for your site's traffic or your business goals.
We manually review the crawl data, compare it against Google Search Console data, and document our findings. When we make a recommendation, we cite the specific data point that led to it — the URL, the query, the impression count, the coverage report entry. You should never have to guess why we told you to change something.
This process takes longer than running a tool and exporting a PDF. It is also more useful. A recommendation grounded in your actual data is one you can act on with confidence, and one your development team can implement without a follow-up call to decode it.
Review our methodologyEditorial Standards
Reference documents, not a blog
The guides published on Quorix are held to strict editorial standards. We separate what is confirmed from what is theory, and we label the difference clearly so you can make informed decisions.
Confirmed Factors
We only state that a ranking factor is confirmed if search engine representatives have publicly acknowledged it. Public statements from Google's Search Relations team, official documentation, and verified Q&A sessions count. Anything else does not.
Unconfirmed Factors
When we discuss unconfirmed factors, we clearly label them as theories and explain the evidence supporting them. We describe what the SEO community has observed, what data points exist, and where the evidence falls short. You get the reasoning, not just the claim.
What We Skip
We do not publish opinion pieces about algorithm updates or speculative content about what Google might do next. Our guides are reference documents — written to be useful six months from now, not to chase a news cycle that resets every Tuesday.
Link Building
A conservative approach
What we will not do
We do not engage in automated outreach, private blog networks, or paid link placements. These tactics violate search engine guidelines and carry the risk of manual penalties that can undo months of legitimate work. The short-term ranking lift is not worth the long-term exposure.
What we recommend instead
If a site needs to improve its backlink profile, we recommend creating content that naturally attracts links — original data, comprehensive resources, and tools that solve a real problem for your audience. We also review existing backlinks to identify and disavow toxic ones during an audit.
Who We Work With
U.S. businesses with a genuine need
Our primary audience is marketing teams and business owners in the United States. We work with local service businesses, SaaS companies, and e-commerce sites that have a real need for organic search traffic — not businesses looking for a quick fix or a guaranteed ranking position.
We do not work with businesses in industries that violate search engine guidelines, such as pharmaceuticals or gambling. If you are unsure whether your business is a fit, you can contact us to discuss it before booking an audit. We would rather have that conversation upfront than discover it midway through a project.
Documentation
We document everything
When we complete an audit, the report includes not just the list of issues, but the methodology used to find them. This means you can take our report to another consultant or an in-house team, and they will understand exactly how we arrived at our conclusions. The report is a working document, not a sealed verdict.
If a client asks why we recommended a specific change, we can point to the exact line in the crawl data. We believe transparency builds trust — and trust is the only thing that makes a long-term SEO relationship work. A recommendation without a source is just an opinion, and we do not expect you to act on opinions.
Every audit deliverable includes the crawl configuration, the Search Console filters applied, and the reasoning behind each prioritized recommendation.
Free SEO Guides
Understanding SEO should not require a large budget
We publish free guides because we believe that understanding SEO should not require a large budget. The guides cover the fundamentals of keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical site health — the same foundations we apply in our audits.
They are written so that a business owner with no prior SEO knowledge can understand and implement the recommendations. Each guide walks through the steps, explains the reasoning, and points to where you can verify the information yourself using free tools like Google Search Console.
If you read the guides and implement the changes yourself, we consider that a success. If you need more specialized help after that — a full crawl, a manual review, or a strategy scoped to your specific site — we offer audit and strategy services. The guides are not a teaser for the paid work. They are the work.
How To Engage
Working with Quorix
How do I request an audit?
Send us a message through our contact page. We will reply with a list of information we need, such as your domain and access to Google Search Console. Once we receive the information, we will schedule the audit and provide an estimated completion date.
Do you require long-term contracts?
We do not require long-term contracts for audits. Strategy work is usually scoped on a project basis, so you know the cost and the deliverables before we begin. If you want ongoing support after an audit, we can discuss a retainer — but it is never a requirement.
Can I discuss my project before booking?
Yes. If you are unsure whether your business is a fit, contact us to discuss it before booking an audit. We would rather have that conversation upfront than discover a mismatch midway through a project. There is no charge for that initial conversation.
What information do you need to start?
For an audit, we need your domain URL and read access to Google Search Console. Depending on the scope, we may also request access to your analytics platform and a list of priority pages or queries. We will send the full list after your initial message so you know exactly what to prepare.
